Overview:
The Delivery Account Operations Associate will assist Customer print team to develop and document standards for network printers and multi-function printer configurations, network connectivity, and Equipment MFP services integration and implementation.
To do this successfully, one will:
Review and approve Equipment configurations and update any applicable documentation for network equipment printers and MFPs considered for installation by Customer Assist Customer application owners with lab testing and troubleshoot application or mainframe printing problems utilizing network printing equipment (printers and MFPs).
Review and approve reported network printing or multi-function device issues.
Assist Customer print team with the testing of Equipment print drivers on the development test servers for Microsoft Windows printing and Citrix printing environments Install, test, troubleshoot and approve the Equipment print drivers for the related network printing Equipment (printers and MFPs) in the required printing environments per Customer request.
It is essential for one to maintain an understanding of ongoing security vulnerabilities and potential risks related to Equipment (printers and MFPs) connected to the customer network.
If required, would be responsible for:
Validating network security patch installation process is documented for enterprise rollout in accordance with the customer requirements Reviewing and validating step-by-step instructions network print manufacturer provides for applying security patches at all sites.
This includes monitoring the Customers Service Desk queue (ServiceNow) for Equipment related issues.
Desktop troubleshooting knowledge on how to install and update drivers on the client workstation and servers Once Equipment, print drivers, firmware, or configuration changes are approved, work with Customer IT to implement changes in Output Environment using the customer's change control procedures Once approved, rollouts should be scheduled for all effected Equipment to ensure consistency in versions and settings across the Output Environment Where deemed appropriate, work with Customer IT team to implement approved security patches on equipment PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Maintain an inventory of Equipment within the Output Environment Provide inventory listing of Equipment at minimum quarterly.
List should include Equipment model, location, IP address, and print server where the Equipment is defined Monitor disengagement of equipment or end of life for equipment in the output environment and recommend alternatives Intelligent Workplace Services Global Statement of Work Maintain a list of Equipment approved for the Output Environment along with what configuration they are approved for.
Distribute a list of approved equipment and what configuration they are approved for (i.
e.
Fax, Scan to Email, scan to File, etc.
) to customer supply to help ensure that the appropriate Equipment are being brought into the output environment Perform the Customer provided list of required/documented Equipment testing activities (documentation, meeting participation, testing of equipment compliance with IT policies etc.
) as agreed to by the Parties.
Create Equipment configuration documentation based on Customer provided requirements, as mutually agreed to by the parties.
Equipment testing in a Customer designated site.
Manage device moves and associated MACD requests.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
