Manufacturing Engineer II Menomonee Falls, WI $30-34/hr 18 month contract
Support operations through industrial engineering function. Job functions require ability to perform work measurement (MTM standards development and time study), ergonomic assessment, OEE tracking and improvement efforts, process documentation (standardized work, instruction sheets), and support lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, TPM, value stream mapping, error proofing, problem solving, quick changeover). Required ability to communicate with all levels of the plant to manage change and drive improvement. Strong experience in MS Excel. Experience in MS Access a plus.
Knowledge of assembly line processes, line balances, work measurement, ergonomics analysis, material flow, lean manufacturing concepts, electronic process documentation maintenance, capacity planning, set-up analysis/reduction
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
