Summary:
The Business Partner is the business partner interacting on a day-to-day basis with the business leaders and line managers on the people-related matters impacting their assigned business unit. The Business Partner effectively engages the Talent Generalist(s), the ER/LR Specialist(s) and the HR Generalist(s) at their site or location in providing innovative HR strategies designed to optimize human resources within their assigned business areas. This role assists the business unit leadership in the development and implementation of solutions that makes business strategies actionable.
The contracts effectively with the center led specialties within the HR function to deploy center-led initiatives in the areas of total rewards, labor/employee relations, and talent management as well as the rest of the center-led functions within the HR shared services model as needed.
Education Required:
This position requires a Bachelor''s Degree. A Masters Degree in Business or or other social science is preferred
Experience Required:
This position also requires at least 5 years broad knowledge, proven experience and demonstrated leadership skills in Labor Relations and , as well as strong supervisory and managerial experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
