Summary:
This position leads the manufacturing lifecycle plan coordination (including transition to the Parts and Accessories group) and is responsible for New Product Program integration into
Manufacturing. This position is responsible for coordinating all manufacturing functions to ensure
program completion on schedule and within budget. This position serves as a primary liaison
between Product Development and the plants and is responsible for delivering silent launch for the given model year.
Education Required:
Bachelor''s Degree in an discipline required. Advanced degree preferred
Experience Required:
Position requires a minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Requires a broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques. Must have strong project management skills and product development knowledge. Experience with Powertrain both assembly and machining experience is preferred.
