Reports to the Director, Human Resources. Responsible for the plant & labor operations support which include; union relations, general support, benefits, disability, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, FLMA, new hire orientations, etc. Employee incentive programs, Performance management, and Training programs. In addition, Human Resources Generalist will provide assistance to all departments and operations units. Responsible for the formulation and execution of personnel policies and practices in all operations areas, and acts as key advisor to all levels of shop management.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
