Next Level Professional is currently seeking a Process Engineering Technician. This is a contract to hire opportunity with a contract manufacturer of printed circuit boards in the Menomonee Falls area.
The ideal individual will have about 1 to 2 years of experience in the circuit board assembly and manufacturing process. A degree is required. Direct experience with SMT, soldering, assembly, and the ability to interpret all IPC-610 Standards is preferred. This individuals main focus will be on improving the Quality and Process set up and control in day to day manufacturing business activities. Must be able to read, interpret and follow engineering specifications, flow diagrams, and company quality standards.
