What Will You Be Doing?
As a Lead Developer on the mobile applications team, you'll be working in a fast-paced, best in class development team focused on store facing applications including Store Mobility, E-Sign, Store Inventory/ Fulfillment, Notifications, and more. On an enterprise scale, this role develops, tests and implements robust software applications used by over 150,000 users across close to 20,000 devices.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates and Leads application design initiatives including feature enhancements and new application design involving highly integrated architecture
Develops and leads applications development and the underlying framework
Creates Proof of Concept to gauge technical feasibility
Works closely with development team, reviewing code, ensuring code quality and providing design direction
Demonstrates knowledge of solutions within multiple domain(s) product(s) and service(s)
Lead, implements, tests and delivers new features for multiple platforms
Coordinates with QA team to initiate testing and ensure testing is completed
Designs framework and software standards and makes suggestions for systems / software improvements
Evaluates and improves application development process
Oversees work of others to ensure code quality
