POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Marketing Analyst provides reporting and strategic insights derived from customer data, sales, promotion effectiveness, media mix modeling and digital attribution, and competitive intelligence to drive business-critical decisions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
develop insights based on sales & marketing effectiveness
Provides insights derived from sales that drives critical marketing decisions
Execute all ad hoc requests for data for the many areas of the organization
Successfully tell stories of what happened from Marketing events and promotions through extracting data, analyzing and building models, interrupting insights, and structuring visualizations
Presenting clear, concise insights and stories to leadership, strategy, and internal partners to communicate recommendations derived from insights
execute reporting
Generate periodic summary reporting including program enrollments and applications, offer analytics, customer analytics and program effectiveness. Help draw meaningful conclusions and provide recommendations.
Build & refine dashboards to ensure most relevant KPIs
Continuously enhancing reporting through efficiencies in SQL, or incorporating new data sources and systems
data integrity management
Ensure all data is fully integrated into internal systems and accurate
Check and become familiar with new data sources that are implemented
QUALIFICATIONS
required
2
years relevant marketing experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Strong Excel experience
SQL proficiency
preferred
SAS expertise
Teradata experience
Visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire
Retail knowledge

Responsible for story telling about the business as it relates to the Loyalty program, promotions & offers
Responsible for Loyalty customer analytics
Responsible for Loyalty test and learning strategic initiatives
Responsible for tracking competitors marketing of Loyalty programs
